Having suffered from a rare form of cancer, Kris Carr used this uncertain time in her life to research and discover ways to help herself with nutrition. Her book, ‘Crazy Sexy Diet’ is great if you have always wanted to find out more about the food you’re eating and how to improve your diet.
There’s lots of helpful advice in there and some very detailed explanations about the sort of food that most of us consume on a daily basis. Through reading this book, I have understood more about food and the effect it has on my body. Kris Carr is open and honest about the struggles she’s had with food in the past and how to begin to eat and drink your way to better health.
